The company Wizz'Air was officially born on December 15, 2016 of the reorganization of the former SkyContinental company. Based mainly on low-cost in the short and medium-haul, Wizz'Air operates on the African, European and Asian continent with four hubs in South Africa, Cameroon, Senegal, Djibouti and Egypt. The history of history is long and complex. The origins of Wizz'Air date back to 31 December 2015 when Pyongyang Airlines was founded in the People's Democratic Republic of Korea. Due to international pressure, declining profitability and a desire to expand into Europe, Pyongyang became SkyContinental and left the Korean Peninsula.

- Our expansion strategy:

Today, SkyContinental operates on three continents with high potential: Africa, Asia and Europe and carries about 6,000,000 passengers per month to more than 140 destinations on 3 continents. Following the recent installation of Wizz'Air in Egypt, future expansions projects are opening many to the Middle East as well as a hub at Orly airport and another low-cost hub in Turkey . In the very long term, the challenge is to create low-cost links between Europe and North America thanks to a hub in Iceland.
